Couldn't fault the staff whatsoever, they were perfect and very welcoming. We had a wheelchair user with us as daughter had broken her foot and the staff were wonderful, we were approached while wait… Full review by TinaSabrinaUK

Some fantastic exhibits but others are rather mundane. It is worth visiting (and easy to access via the Tube) but does not compete well with natural history museums in other countries. Full review by Ian B
