Auburn retained its spot at No. 1 in the AP Top 25 men's college basketball poll Monday despite its first loss in SEC play this weekend but paid the price by losing its unanimous status among voters.

The Crimson Tide and Tigers are two of the best in the country in grabbing offensive rebounds, but Alabama has a slight edge over Auburn. Alabama’s offensive rebounding percentage is 37%, ranked 16th nationally. Meanwhile, Auburn has grabbed offensive rebounds at a rate of 36.2%, ranked 25th.

The Alabama women's basketball team got a bump up in the latest AP Poll, from No. 23 to No. 21 in the country, as a reward for a 2-0 showing in games played last week. The Crimson Tide (20-5, 7-4 SEC) defeated Florida 84-66 on Feb.
