Colts' WR Michael Pittman recently discussed the progress he has seen from QB Anthony Richardson in training camp.

Between Richardson's injury and accuracy issues and a backup plan in Jones who was jettisoned by his former team, the Colts' quarterback room is in a very tenuous position. Perhaps one of these players can seize the reins and show another level this week, but that hasn't happened yet.

In the team's first preseason game of the year against the Baltimore Ravens, Richardson received the start. However, he was hit hard on a sack early in the game and was forced out due to a dislocated pinky finger on his throwing hand. Richardson is fighting for his job, but he could be fighting for his NFL career as well.
