An Arapahoe County jury has returned a guilty verdict in the trial of James Craig, the Colorado dentist accused of poisoning and killing his wife.

Prosecutors argued that James Craig poisoned his wife to avoid a costly divorce and maintain his standing in the community.

Colorado dentist James Craig was found guilty of first degree murder and sentenced to life in prison without parole July 30 for the 2023 fatal poisoning of his wife Angela Craig.
