The Jacksonville Jaguars have reportedly agreed to terms with two new tight ends. Jonnhy Mundt and Hunter Long are headed to Duval.

According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Media, Johnny Mundt reached terms with the Jacksonville Jaguars on a two-year deal worth $5.5 million. The backup tight end for the Vikings had emerged as a reliable redzone target and critical third-down choice for Sam Darnold in 2024.

The Jags are also inking tight end Johnny Mundt, per Garafolo’s colleague Tom Pelissero. His deal is also two years in length and it is worth $5.5MM. Mundt, along with Mullens, will look to have success in continuing to work with Udinski in Duval County.

Former Oregon tight end Johnny Mundt is headed to his third NFL team. Mundt, who spent the past three season with the Minnesota Vikings, has agreed to terms for a two-year deal worth $5.5 million with the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to a league source. The 30-year old Mundt will be entering his eighth season in the NFL.
