They'll be heading to Phoenix with their families for a few days to meet players, participate in warmups, tour the clubhouse and throw out the first pitch at a spring training game.

The team is taking its cross-country caravan to get ready for spring training. But the season will be bittersweet. It's the first time in 50 years the team packed up without legendary announcer Bob Uecker. He frequented spring camps in the Arizona sunshine. He died in January at age 90.
