Season 2 of HBO Max's hit medical drama The Pitt will arrive next year.The show's second season will reportedly focus on a long holiday weekend at the fictional Pittsburgh emergency medical center. Five new actors are set to join the cast as reoccurring characters.

While Ifeachor won’t reprise her role on season 2 of “The Pitt,” she already has a new project lined up. She is set to star in the upcoming M. Night Shyamalan thriller “Remain” alongside Jake Gyllenhaal, Phoebe Dynevor, Ashley Walters, Julie Hagerty, and Jay O. Sanders.

TVLine reported that the actress Tracy Ifeachor confirmed that she will not return for the second season of HBO’s The Pitt’s. In the show, Ifeachor plays a fourth-year medical resident, who goes through significant turmoil during a single 15-hour shift at the emergency department.
