United Launch Alliance scrubbed an attempt for what would have been its second launch of the year, another mission for Amazon's effort to compete with SpaceX's Starlink internet constellation.

The United Launch Alliance liftoff planned for Monday with dozens of new satellites to join Amazon's "Project Kuiper" mission was delayed due to engineering issues. The project is part of Amazon's effort to expand global Internet access.

The 27 satellites were launched via a ULA Atlas V rocket just before 10:30 a.m. Monday from the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. This expedition is all in the name of Project Kuiper—Amazon’s initiative to provide fast, reliable broadband to customers around the world.
