The tornado struck around 9:30 a.m., packing winds up to 120 mph. The storm overturned a tractor-trailer in Lake Mary and destroyed a home in Longwood, News 6 reported.

The National Weather Service confirmed that the tornado, which packed winds of up to 115 mph, touched down around 9:40 a.m. in Lake Mary and moved northeast at 30 mph, passing through Sanford.

Officials believe the tornado’s four-mile track began in Wekiva Springs and extended to Longwood, before crossing I-4 and into Lake Mary.
