SEATTLE — Cinco de Mayo may be a bigger deal in the U-S than it is Mexico but Fonda La Catrina owner Enrique Trejo isn't letting a celebration of Mexican culture pass by without offering customers a chance to try authentic cuisines from various parts of his home country.

Cinco de Mayo marks the anniversary of the 1862 victory by Mexican troops over invading French forces at the Battle of Puebla.
