Plans are on the table for new market-rate apartment rentals in South Bend, 291 units to be exact, a possible $61.5 million investment from Indiana developer, J.C. Hart Company.

Now that construction is beginning on a new pedestrian and bicycle overpass, the Power Trail is closed in south Fort Collins.

The South Bend Public Transportation Corporation announced they're hosting a hiring event on Feb. 15 from 10 a.m. to noon.

The incident was reported around 7 a.m. Monday, and IMPD said the intersection would remain closed for several hours.
