Incident comes five days after the Air India crash in Ahmedabad, when a London-bound Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner crashed.
The head of Boeing Commercial Airplanes, Stephanie Pope, met the chairman of Air India on Monday in India, two sources said, as the companies seek to find the cause of last week's fatal crash involving a Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
Dreamliner - the same type involved in last week's tragedy - was due to depart from Ahmedabad's Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport at 1.10pm local time (8.40am UK time).
