MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) – Myrtle Beach police arrested a man who they said threw kittens out of his car window. Officers were called on Sunday to 15th Avenue South for an animal cruelty call.

Pet owners will soon see an increase in reclamation fees to get their pet out of the Horry County Animal Care Center.
