Connecticut’s Beardsley Zoo is dedicated to acquainting a diverse public to the delicate balance that exists between living things and their environment. Connecticut's Beardsley Zoo is a 501(c)(3) not for profit owned and operated by the Connecticut Zoological Society.

Tickets must be purchased online prior to your Zoo visit.* If you are unable to purchase tickets for a specific day and time, that means that day has sold out. *EBT card holders and library pass users must purchase their tickets in-person at the left ticketing window at the Zoo's Front Gate.

The Zoo will continue to be open daily from 9:00am - 4:00pm. At 4:00pm the zoo will close. Gates will reopen to guests who purchased GLOW WILD tickets at 5:30 PM.

The election will decide the Zoo’s fifth Mayor, the highest-ranking animal official who will showcase the important role of animal ambassadors.
