Michael Darda is a Managing Director, Chief Economist and Macrostrategist at ROTH. He joined MKM Partners in 2004, prior to its acquisition by Roth Capital Partners in 2023. Before his tenure at MKM Partners, he worked as an international economist and macro strategist at Polyconomics, an economics consulting firm founded by the late Jude Wanniski.

Leo Mariani, CFA is a Managing Director, Senior Research Analyst at ROTH. He joined MKM Partners in June 2022 from Key Banc Capital Markets before the acquisition by Roth Capital Partners in 2023.

Sagar Sheth became the Chief Executive Officer of ROTH in February 2023, following the acquisition of MKM Partners by Roth Capital Partners. He joined MKM Partners in 2014 and held various management positions, most recently as CEO, overseeing the firm's operations.
