Visitors look intently at the paintings in the house of merchant Jan Gildemeester. 🖼️ The collection even includes a real Rembrandt! In 1792 Gildemeester transformed two rooms of his Amsterdam canal house into a gallery of art. 🧑‍🎨 Painter Adriaan de Lelie also included himself in the gallery.
