This weekend I spoke with an amazing dad who happened to be a police officer. He understood that behaviour is connected to regulation, which is why he valued and prioritised Occupational Therapy for his 5-year-old whose big behaviours made him feel worried for the future. He shared that his child was accessing a weekly 45 minute session at school - an important environment for kids and I hope that involves lots of collaborative work with his educators. The idea of Parent Coaching, was new though
