The U.S. Department of Justice is now ramping up civil denaturalization proceedings — targeting people who may have illegally obtained U.S. citizenship. Under the new policy, DOJ will seek to revoke citizenship if a person: ⚖️ Concealed a material fact during their immigration process ⚖️ Made a willful misrepresentation to get their green card or naturalization 👀 Who’s likely to be targeted? – People who lied on immigration forms – Individuals with undisclosed criminal records – Those who used
