Over 200 young orators attend the semi-final “21st Century Cup” English Speaking Competition (Hong Kong). The semi-final came after an extensive preliminary round participated by over 1,000 students from up to 200 schools throughout Hong Kong. After a daylong selection, 50 of the semi-finalists have been promoted to the regional final.
