When girthing up your horse, it’s crucial to avoid over-tightening. A girth that’s too tight can cause discomfort, bruising, and even restrict movement. 🤯 Key muscles affected include the pectorals (chest), trapezius (neck), serratus ventralis (ribcage), and latissimus dorsi (lower back). Have you ever thought about how a tight fitting girth might be applying pressure to your horses muscles and as a result affecting your horses movement? Well once you try our new FreeSpace girth you might never go back. The FreeSpace Girth has a Sternum plate which has 2 parts. The outer is a reinforced plate that will not give under tension, while the other is an active cushion which holds the plate away from the horses ribcage. This design causes the girth straps to bridge the pectoral muscles

The answer is no. In order to solve those issues under saddle, you have to strip your horse of all the tack and help them feel comfortable in their own skin again. In result, you'll be able to help your horse better."

These patterns often live in the body long after the event and continue to influence how your horse feels and behaves. Through something as simple as touch, you can iden
