Replying to @deefee453 Most of the carbs you see on the label are coming from sugar alcohols, not from regular carbs. I use erythritol, which has to be listed under “total carbs,” but your body doesn’t process it like sugar. Erythritol doesn’t turn into glucose, it doesn’t raise blood sugar, and about 90% of it passes through your body without being absorbed. That means those carbs are not being used by your body the way normal carbs are. That’s why you look at net carbs instead of total carbs.
